Learn to write perfect letters for the workplace.
This one-month, e-mail correspondence course will show you how to use the correct style, format and tone required for effective letter writing at work.
Master the art of letter writing, including letters of complaint, letters of introduction, thank you letters, marketing or sales letters, letters about financial issues, customer relationship letters and letters to a pologise.
Assignments: Two writing assignments, including two full letters. Detailed feedback and assessments will be provided for each assignment by the tutor.
Duration: One month, via e-mail correspondence.
Theory: Course manual on the correct style, format and tone required for letters.

Susan Williams is the managing member of Prose&Coms, a communications company that specialises in corporate writing and publishing, training and corporate storytelling.
Susan started her career as a language teacher before moving into the corporate world as chief sub-editor of the MultiChoice TV Magazines. She has a BA degree with English as a major, and honours degrees in Philosophy and Applied Linguistics.
